Donor Survey Summary

Here at USCRI, we are honored to help refugees and immigrants settle successfully in their new communities across the U.S. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on generous donors to help fund our work.

Recently, we sent out a survey asking our donors some important questions: Why do you donate to USCRI? What issues are most important to you? How do you want to hear from us? Highlights from the results:

• 95% of people who see our social media posts enjoy them
• 87% say it’s easy to donate to USCRI
• 86% find our emails interesting and useful
• 85% agree they are making a difference when they donate to USCRI
• 83% feel recognized and valued by USCRI

You like email! A large majority of donors say they prefer to be kept updated and thanked by email rather than mail or phone calls.
