Project TRUST is committed to conscientious programming based on emerging- and best-practices of service provision, survivor portrayal, and trauma-informed care. When consulting on agency policies, procedures, outreach, or conducting trainings we are committed to confidentiality, accurate survivor representation, and cultural inclusion.

Ensuring that programming is benevolent and survivor-informed is at the heart of our program development, monitoring, and evaluation as the amplification of survivor voices is critical to reaching a truly trauma-informed approach. Our goal is to decrease rates of re-traumatization and re-victimization by facilitating the use of client satisfaction surveys, survivor focus groups, and a survivor advisory panel. All research conducted is approved by the Brandeis University Institutional Review Board and follows HIPPA requirements.

Project TRUST has an Advisory Board made up of service providers, trafficking survivors, and survivor-leaders in the field. At least 50% of the board is represented by survivors at all times.
